JOB and I

At first I thought that my life can be similar to the Prophet Job’s life. I come to believe that Satan found us both worthy for a challenge.
But when I seriously study Job’s life, I found that we are in a different situation with a different setting. Job can only rely on his workers and friends to defend his property and they’re no match to the marauding bandits not to mention the natural calamities that occurred. His unbreakable faith in God is the only defense left. It proves to be his best defense against the evil one. Unseen by others until God Almighty blessed his later life more than the first.
I’m in a setting where, I’m surrounded by man-made laws with enforcers of the law. Theoretically, it’s safer.  Satan’s power to influence made me realize that my situation is worst compared to him. Those who are supposed to protect me are on to me. I’m Alone with no one to trust, my faith in God is my only defense. My faith is small when my ordeal started. It had grown stronger and stronger as I’m pushed to my limit.
I’m compelled to write this down and put in my blog. A strong faith in God is a powerful weapon against the arrows thrown by Satan. Eventually, with God’s hand moving in our favor, WE WILL OVERCOME!

JOB 1:8-9-10
Then God said to Satan, “have you considered my servant Job? He is the best on the face of the earth; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil.”

“Does Job fear God for nothing?” Satan replied. “Have you not put a hedge around him and everything he owns and possess?
